I was sent an interesting post by our Title 24 consultant today. Mark Madison of Energy Code Works is the guy who checks our designs for compliance with the state of California's requirements for energy use in buildings. There are new tax credits available for remodeling for energy efficiency. See Mark's blog for full description of credits.
